1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Clianta Schedule, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use this service.
2. Description of Service
Clianta Schedule is a scheduling platform that allows users to create booking pages, manage availability, and integrate with third-party services such as Google Calendar and Zoom to automate meeting creation.
3. User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
- You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose.
4. Third-Party Integrations
Connecting third-party services (e.g., Zoom, Google) is subject to those services' own terms. Clianta Schedule is not responsible for changes or disruptions in third-party APIs.
4a. Google API Services Usage Terms
Clianta Schedule's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Scopes requested:
calendar.events: create, update, and delete calendar events for confirmed, rescheduled, and cancelled bookings (including generating Google Meet conference links via Calendar conferenceData).calendar.readonly: read your calendar to detect availability and prevent double-bookings.userinfo.email: identify the connected Google account in your settings.
Limited Use commitment:
- Google user data is used only to provide the scheduling features above, not for advertising, profiling, or any unrelated purpose.
- We do not sell or share Google user data with any third party for their independent use.
- OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest (AES-256) and transmitted exclusively over HTTPS.
- You may disconnect your Google account at any time from Settings. All stored tokens are immediately and permanently deleted upon disconnection.
- You may also revoke access directly from your Google Account permissions page.
5. Prohibited Use
- You may not use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications.
- You may not attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the platform.
- You may not impersonate other users or entities.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
Clianta Schedule is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
